I had THE MOST pleasant experience. Not only is he an asset to your company but you should feel LUCKY to have someone like him on your team. After working with another realtor and having no luck in the INSANE market I was hesitant to reach out. Although, Once I did I was certain I had the right guy on my team. From his positivity to his knowledge of the market. I was ENTIRELY impressed from beginning to end. Even when we got denied for a property. The next morning he was up & at it. Sending me properties & not allowing me to get down on myself for being denied. ALWAYS positive & ALWAYS pushing forward. His idea to write a letter to the owner was GENIUS! A letter advising the owner that my family has lived in the area for 25+ years. Acknowledging my understanding of the neighborhood. I feel helped us be taken serious by the owner. Knowing that the couple is from this immediate area and has a personal investment in this neighborhood made us stand out i feel. THAT was intelligent! That as well as him advising us to offer a little more money per month GOT US our home. These phenomenal ideas were his. I TRUELY FEEL that without Alfredo i would STILL be looking. He first helped us find a rental in 2021. He then worked with us for the next 2 years to help us find our perfect first home. Alfredo was always extremely patient, responsive, honest, thorough and considerate in every aspect of finding our home. He still follows up with us even after closing nearly 6 months ago to see how we have settled in. Working with Alfredo and his wife was the easiest decision I’ve ever made.
My grandmother needed an apartment to rent in 3 weeks and we were in such a bind. They went above and beyond what was required of them and did everything in there power to find her an apartment in a very short amount of time.
